We provide Specialist and Level 2 Support Coordination for NDIS participants in regional Victoria and can assist participants with plan or self-managed NDIS plans. We pride ourselves on being able to assist with all your support needs. Our Support Coordinators have specialist skills in SDA, complex behaviours, high physical support and supporting multiple NDIS plan families.
