Over the 25 years of his ownership, Des forged a remarkable and unforgettable reputation in the industry for running reliable teams and “getting the job done right”. In 2011, Des’s son Robert Crouch took over the family business and endeavours to continue providing a remarkable service to sheep farmers throughout Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
